London – New York overlap: from 8:00 am to 12:00 EST
Tokyo – Sydney overlap: from 7:00 pm to 2:00 am EST
London – Tokyo overlap: from 3:00 am to 4:00 am EST

The best one is the overlapping of London and New York session.
